Schools

In 2008 year two local schools, Westfield Junior and Eastfield Infant and Nursery, took part in both the Anglia in Bloom and the St Ives in Bloom competitions. Both schools were nominated in the Special Awards section of Anglia in Bloom.

In the St Ives in Bloom competition Westfield School was awarded Gold in two of the three marking sections in the Community Project category and Silver Gilt in the third. Overall this meant that the school received a well-deserved Gold Award.

We are very keen for all the schools in St Ives to take part in the competition, so if your school would like to participate please don't hesitate to contact us.
