Our committee members went on their tour of the town to judge the floral displays in the retail areas, pubs and restaurants.  Many have improved their floral displays since last year, when the heat had made sustaining the displays very difficult.

Results were as follows:

HIGHLY COMMENDED AWARD:  Cromwell Mews; 

BRONZE AWARD:  The Tap Room;

SILVER AWARD:

The Haywain, The Welcome, The White Hart,  Amore,  The River Terrace Café, Cherry Valley;

SILVER GILT AWARD

Forget-me-Not, The Golden Lion,  The Oliver Cromwell, Slepe Hall, The Swan and Angel;

GOLD AWARD

THE MEWS (off Bridge St), and pub garden WINNER THE NELSON‘S HEAD.
